Installation

This guide walks you through the complete installation process for Axle.

System Requirements

  • A Framer project (free or paid plan)
  • A modern web browser
  • A Stripe account for payment processing

    • Installation Methods

    Method 1: URL Import (Recommended)

    The easiest way to add Axle to your Framer project:

  • Copy the component URL from your Axle dashboard
  • In Framer, press / to open the insert menu
  • Paste the URL directly
  • The component will be added to your project

    • Method 2: Framer Insert Menu

  • Open the Insert menu in Framer
  • Search for "Axle"
  • Select the component you want to add
  • Drag it onto your canvas

    • Configuration

    After adding the component, you'll need to configure it:

  • Product Name - The name shown to customers
  • Price - The amount to charge
  • Currency - USD, EUR, GBP, etc.
  • Success URL - Where to redirect after payment
  • Cancel URL - Where to redirect if cancelled

    • Verification

    To verify your installation:

  • Preview your Framer project
  • Click the payment button
  • You should see the Stripe checkout
