Transaction limits are a shared pool across all connected domains on your account. For example, Pro+ with 10 domains shares 5,000 transactions/month across all 10 — not 5,000 per domain.

Billing and payments
Your subscription is billed through Lemon Squeezy:
- Charged monthly on your renewal date
- Invoices sent to your email
- Cancel anytime (service stops at period end)
- Upgrade anytime (prorated immediately)
- Downgrade anytime (takes effect next billing cycle)
No per-transaction fees
Axle charges no additional fees per transaction. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the US).
Choosing a plan
Start with the free trial to:

Upgrade to Pro when you're ready to:
- Go live with real payments
- Accept up to 500 payments per month
- Use the full API and webhooks
- Access detailed analytics
Consider Pro+ if you:

Upgrading your plan
- Go to the Plans page in your dashboard
- Click Upgrade on your desired plan
- Review the details
- Complete checkout on Lemon Squeezy
- Your plan is active immediately
If upgrading mid-month, you'll see a prorated credit for your current plan.
Downgrading your plan
- Go to the Plans page
- Click Downgrade on a lower plan
- Confirm the change
- Your downgrade takes effect on your next billing date
You keep all features until your current billing period ends.
Canceling your subscription
To cancel anytime:
- Go to Settings
- Click Cancel Subscription in the Subscription section
- Review the confirmation
- Confirm cancellation
Your account will be paused when your current billing period ends. All your data is preserved and you can reactivate anytime by subscribing again.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is preserved for 6 months. Reactivate by subscribing to keep your account active.
Can I pause my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription, and your account will pause at the end of the billing period. To pause without canceling, contact support.
Will I lose transactions if my account pauses?
No. All transaction history is preserved. When you reactivate, all your data is still there.
How is the billing date calculated?
Your billing cycle renews on the same date each month. For example, if you upgrade on March 15th, your renewal date is the 15th of each month.
What payment methods does Lemon Squeezy accept?
Lemon Squeezy accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods depending on your location.
